2. 资格要求

使用我们的服务即表示您确认：

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
  • You understand our predictions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute gambling advice
  • You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding sports betting and online services

3. 订阅与计费

Tipster.ma 提供付费订阅计划，可访问高级预测和功能：

  • Monthly plan: 99 MAD/month (YouCan Pay) or .99 USD/month (PayPal)
  • Annual plan: 999 MAD/year (YouCan Pay) or .99 USD/year (PayPal)
  • PayPal subscriptions renew automatically — cancel anytime from your account
  • YouCan Pay (Carte Bancaire / CashPlus) is a one-time payment per period
  • Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation

4. 退款政策

我们提供自购买之日起 48 小时的退款窗口。请在 48 小时内联系 [email protected]。超过 48 小时或已访问超过 3 条高级预测后，将无法办理退款。

5. 取消政策

您可以随时在 tipster.ma/dashboard 取消您的 PayPal 订阅。取消将在当前计费周期结束时生效，在此之前您仍可继续访问。YouCan Pay 支付为非循环扣费。未使用天数不予部分退款。

6. 预测与分析

Tipster.ma 提供的所有预测和分析：

  • Are based on statistical analysis, historical data, and expert research
  • Do not guarantee specific outcomes — football results are inherently unpredictable
  • Are for informational and entertainment purposes only
  • Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any betting decision
  • Are not gambling advice — Tipster.ma is not a licensed gambling operator
  • Tipster.ma does not accept bets or wagers of any kind and is not a licensed gambling operator

No Affiliate Relationships

Tipster.ma does not maintain affiliate relationships with bookmakers and earns no commission from betting operators. Our predictions are produced independently. Subscription fees are our only revenue from this service.

8. 条款修改

我们保留随时修改这些条款的权利。我们将通过电子邮件通知用户重大变更。在收到通知后继续使用本服务即表示接受修改后的条款。

9. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，Tipster.ma 及其关联公司不对因使用我们的服务或基于我们的预测而做出的投注决定而产生的任何间接、偶然或后果性损害负责。我们的总责任不得超过您在索赔前 30 天内支付的订阅费用。足球预测具有不确定性，投注产生的财务损失由您自行承担。

10. 知识产权

Tipster.ma 上的所有内容（预测、分析、统计、文本和数据）均为 Tipster.ma 的专属财产，受版权保护。未经事先书面许可，您不得复制、重新分发或转售任何内容。订阅者获得仅限个人使用的个人不可转让许可。禁止共享凭据或向第三方分发预测，违者可能会导致账户被立即终止且不予退款。

11. 账户终止

如果您违反本条款、共享或转售我们的内容、发起欺诈性拒付或从事滥用行为，Tipster.ma 保留无需通知即可暂停或终止您账户的权利。账户终止后，高级内容的访问权限立即停止。您可以随时通过联系 [email protected] 取消订阅。取消将在当前计费周期结束时生效。

12. 适用法律

本条款受摩洛哥王国法律管辖。任何因使用 Tipster.ma 而产生的争议应提交至摩洛哥法院专属管辖。
