1. Introduction

Welcome to Tipster.ma. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Tipster.ma provides football prediction analysis, live scores, and sports data as an informational subscription service. 2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
You understand our predictions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute gambling advice
You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding sports betting and online services

3. Subscription & Billing

Tipster.ma offers paid subscription plans granting access to premium predictions and features:

Monthly plan: 99 MAD/month (YouCan Pay) or .99 USD/month (PayPal)
Annual plan: 999 MAD/year (YouCan Pay) or .99 USD/year (PayPal)
PayPal subscriptions renew automatically — cancel anytime from your account
YouCan Pay (Carte Bancaire / CashPlus) is a one-time payment per period
Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 48-hour refund window from the date of purchase. Contact [email protected] within 48 hours. Refunds are not available after 48 hours, or if more than 3 premium predictions have been accessed.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your PayPal subscription at any time from tipster.ma/dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. YouCan Pay payments are non-recurring. No partial refunds for unused days.

6. Predictions & Analysis

All predictions and analysis provided by Tipster.ma:

Are based on statistical analysis, historical data, and expert research
Do not guarantee specific outcomes — football results are inherently unpredictable
Are for informational and entertainment purposes only
Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any betting decision
Are not gambling advice — Tipster.ma is not a licensed gambling operator
Tipster.ma does not accept bets or wagers of any kind and is not a licensed gambling operator

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tipster.ma and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service or betting decisions based on our predictions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your subscription in the 30 days preceding the claim. Football predictions are inherently uncertain and financial losses from betting are solely your responsibility.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Tipster.ma — predictions, analysis, statistics, text, and data — is the exclusive property of Tipster.ma protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content without prior written permission. Subscribers receive a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only. Sharing credentials or distributing predictions to third parties is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

11. Account Termination

Tipster.ma reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms, share or resell our content, initiate fraudulent chargebacks, or engage in abusive behaviour. Upon termination, access to premium content ceases immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from the use of Tipster.ma shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
